"Flow of Change: Man Maya Magar's Tale of Water Transformation"

I’m Man Maya Magar, aged 48, residing with my husband, son, and daughter. While my husband works in town and my children attend school, I manage a grocery shop. The water situation in our village has been incredibly challenging. As the sole person responsible for fetching water for my family and cattle, the distant and treacherous path to the water source has resulted in numerous injuries. Rainy seasons only exacerbated the difficulty, requiring me to make at least four trips a day, disrupting my business as I had to close the shop or rely on others to manage it in my absence. However, a significant change has transpired. With the installation of a tap stand in my house, the burden has lifted. I now dedicate my full time to my shop while my son and daughter easily manage the water supply. This transformation has not only relieved the hardships but also allowed my business to thrive. Those grueling days are now a thing of the past. I express immense gratitude to the organization responsible for initiating this life-altering water project. Their intervention has truly transformed our lives and significantly improved our lifestyle. The newfound ease and the ability to focus entirely on my business have brought immeasurable relief and opportunities for growth.
